Hi, I'm Mel.
You're in caring hands.

I'm Mel Barge, a qualified nurse (Diploma in Nursing, Birmingham City University) and the face behind Pre-emptive Aesthetics. For more than 15 years I've helped people feel more confident in how they look, and today I treat clients from a private, discreet room in Oakham.

I specialise in advanced treatments: anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, microneedling, a non-surgical mini face and neck lift and skin boosters.

Many of the people I see are nervous, often trying a treatment for the first time. I take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and check in throughout, so you always feel in control.

My clients come from Oakham, across Rutland and the surrounding area, including Uppingham, Stamford and Melton Mowbray.
