When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and message. If you book a treatment, we also record the medical history and consultation notes needed to treat you safely.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, arrange appointments, provide treatment and aftercare, and meet our legal and insurance obligations. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Contact form and WhatsApp
The contact form on this website doesn't store your details. It opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that message.
How long we keep it
We keep treatment records for as long as required by law and our insurers. Other messages are kept only as long as needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how it's used. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
